There are plenty things to love about Sittingbourne. Here are some of mine; if it is the outdoors that draws you in, then you can spend your time strolling through Miltons Country Park or exploring Doddington Place Gardens. If it is daytime entertainment or excitement that you seek then you may be tempted by the cinema, bowling alley, go kart circuit or even the local greyhound racing track! If there is one thing in this area which is certainly not lacking, it would be the good food on offer. Galata Meze (Greek) and Thai Fusion (Thai obvs) are my top two favourites, but thereare so many more. It is home to the popular venue Nando’s, Sentado Lounge and various fish and chip, pizza, indian and chinese restaurants. There are 2 main key reasons why people want to move to Sittingbourne. - Education. Bordan Grammar, Highstead, Fulston Manor and Westlands are just some of the gems of the local area, that even the kids are proud of! - Sittingbourne is also a great hub for travelling workers, it has excellent train links into London and the coast, and is also located within close proximity to the A249 which connects to two of Kent’s main motorways; the M2 and M20.
