Mike, or "the one with the hat," as I am referred to these days!! With many (too many to mention!) years of delivering outstanding customer service & sales. A passion and hobby, turned day job, for property. From the old and quirky, quaint bungalow, town house or even the modern light-flooding new builds, I could spend hours looking at their history and journey. Seriously geeky, I know!
Rachel, my other half, has not quite as many years as me (she's a little more fresh faced - so she thinks!) but equally with sales and customer service background, now turned passionate HR professional. Her love for property comes from the story behind why we started. So why did we start this....because of our own personal experiences of the industry.
Property, the biggest purchase of our life time, right? You wouldn't buy a car from a garage that didn't offer a test drive, or go on holiday to a resort that didn't clean the pool, would you? So, why stand for an average service when it comes to property? We have been the tenant with no heating, the landlord trying to get the heating fixed, the seller unsupported in a tricky sale and the buyer not contacted from offer to key collection. We know how to do it better, so don't stand for less!
We care about your property journey & we mean really care, we will be by your side when things go wrong (because they do, and we cant stop that) as its about supporting "ewe" through it and raising a glass when you turn that key in your new front door, be it your next family home, stepping stone, or investment.
Every client we have matters, don't believe us? Come, take a lucky dip into the 'story bowl', pull out one of our corks and we can tell you the name of the seller/landlord, the name of the buyer/tenant, the reason for the move and where they went. About Stafford
We really do love everything about Stafford - and we mean it. The deer, the chase, the canal, the county town history, a castle, & of course, Shugborough hall. There is our beautiful Victoria Park which has become a hive of pop-up street food, local beers and even an Ice Skating Rink at Christmas!
There's so much to love about Stafford, our great selection of brilliant award-winning independent shops & eateries, such as Avoir Interiors, Denstone statues, Cup a Cha, Bear Hut Brownies, and not forgetting the Milk Stop - our little lamb can never pass up the opportunity to pop in here and get "Stafford's Best Milkshake" (his words, not ours!).
Venture out into the neighbouring villages and you will find some of our favourite pubs and restaurants (I promise we do more than go out eat and shop....maybe!), The Sever Stars, The Saracens Head, or even Aston Marina, not to mention the award-winning Weeping Cross fish bar (with the added Jojo's fish and chip van!) and Titanic Brewery's flagship bar BOD. There are so many more and we wish we could mention them all, instead, you should come and check them out and decide which your favourite is!
Why would you not want to move to Stafford? Home to the county showground, a county town with fantastic transport links. From the easily accessible M6 and revamped train station - boasting direct trains to the capital, to canal side walks, on the edge of Cannock Chase (AONB), Ancient High House and again the beautiful Shugborough Hall, its easy to see why Stafford is becoming more popular than ever- giving you a perfect mix of country living with easy access to the cities (not forgetting the new McArthur Glen retail outlet is only a 20 min drive away!).
With a high number of outstanding primary schools and a few secondary, the development into the local college paves the way to nurture the next generation and is just in the process of building a leading technology and media centre giving our county town another edge. The most recent investment coming from the government to renovate our high street and with the beautiful shire hall which is being converted into a business hub making Stafford THE place to be.
About Our Team
I couldn't do it alone though, my other half (better half she likes to say), is as devoted and passionate about making your moving dreams come true. The one in charge in charge of the family (but don't tell her I said so), the head of the little lambs' social life, chief food shopper, cook and cleaner of our beloved victorian cottage, top business woman for good measure, and now EweMove Sales and Letting Agent!
Together we have one goal, make your home moving journey the very best it can be. That means being on the case from day one, and not taking no for an answer when it comes to your service. Mrs EweMove Stafford, as she is affectionally known, started her life in our beautiful county town of Stafford, a student at Stafford college and her first job at the local pub in Milford. Then she met me, Mike - the city boy! Although I kept her away for a short time, I could not keep her away forever from the beautiful chase and beloved deer she so fondly remembered as a child, and so Stafford has been our home for nine years and we love it!
