When we thought about moving earlier last year I contacted Sophie at EweMove Spalding and Stamford for a bit of guidance on the whole process. We didn’t want to market our property until we found our dream home and Sophie patiently understood this and left us to search without pushing. After months of dealing with lots of agents and finally finding a property, we knew we wanted EweMove to market our property. They are so different to other agents, actually listening to your wants and needs and offering advice and guidance continually, in fact I wish they could train all the other estate agents in customer services.
The weekly pre-booked viewing appointments were great, we knew when the house needed to be spotless, accompanied viewings were brilliant because they obtained full feedback there and then and dealt with any time wasters. We discovered that moving home is one of the most stressful things you can do, because you have no control over most of the process, but Sophie did everything she could to make it less stressful.
Well… quite where to start? 5 star service doesn’t even do Sophie Penney and EweMove justice. When I did eventually decide to sell, Sophie arranged to come out and view the property within 24 hours of my request, and even manage to arrange for her professional photographer to photograph the house at 10am the very next day.
With the property on the market Sophie kept me fully updated on RightMove activity, and arranged viewings and constantly kept me updated by both telephone and by text. I was lucky enough to get an offer made within 5 days of it going to market, and not only that but an offer in excess of what we had expected. The service was first class, the photos were leagues above even the biggest of the big named estate agents, and the ongoing attention to detail and client care was more than I could have ever asked for. I say all of this without even mentioning that they are such good value. Sophie and EweMove deserve every bit of the fee I paid them, and I will definitely be using them again. A massive thank you.
