EweMove Leek & Hanley are proud to offer the market this utterly fabulous stone built cottage in Biddulph Moor.

With bags of character, charm and a magnificent aura, this stunning cottage is ideal for a family wanting a cosy retreat, away from daily life. A home designed to keep the family together, mobile phones off and technology firmly on the back foot.

Built in in the 1880s, Greenway is in fact two quaint cottages converted in to one generous home. It's packed full of features, from stone fireplaces to an interesting layout and design. A personal highlight for me is the centre lounge / diner. Overtly cosy doesn't do it justice and it is a real family room. Happy memories are ready and waiting to be created here.

Within this eccentric cottage you will find a kitchen with pantry, huge lounge / diner, snug, utility room, bathroom, shower room and four bedrooms. The garden is great too. Wrapping around the property in it's entirety and not overlooked on any level, it is another place for family fun or trying your hand at a spot of gardening.

Greenway finds itself in Biddulph Moor, a close knit village located on a hill. It surveys it's surroundings omnipotently and with good reason. Legend has it that the hardy folk of Biddulph Moor are descended from Saracen warriors - but I will let you decide whether that one is true or not.

Biddulph Moor itself comprises of three churches, a first school, a post office, two local shops, a pharmacy and a pub. The vendor tells me the Rose & Crown serves up some rather wonderful pies - something I might discover for myself after showing you lovely viewers around the property!

So what are you waiting for?! You want to view it don't you? Of course you do, so pick up that phone and get that all important viewing booked.

This property benefits from central heating and double glazing throughout.
