Basingstoke Estate Agents

Hi, we're Mark, Robert and the team — your dedicated estate agents in Basingstoke! Nice to meet you...

We opened back in March 2017 and, honestly, we haven't looked back since. What started as a double act has grown into a team of ten covering Basingstoke and the surrounding areas across RG21, RG22, RG23, RG24, RG25 and RG27 — and we've never lost sight of what matters most: you! Every one of us works as a Branch Director, which means you get one dedicated personal agent who knows your home moving journey inside out, not a different face every time you call. One point of contact, start to finish — imagine that!?

We've been estate agents in Basingstoke for what feels like forever between us, so we know exactly what it's like to get a bad one! That's exactly why we do things differently. You'd be amazed how much more you enjoy moving home when you're treated like a real person rather than a number — it's why we're rated five stars on Google by over 600 happy customers!

Our knowledge of the Basingstoke property market is what really makes us stand out. We know what a three-bed semi in Kempshott commands versus a detached family home in Chineham or Old Basing, and we use that to price and market every property with real precision. Throw in professional photography, video tours, and listings across Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and PrimeLocation, and you've got a pretty compelling package. In 2025 alone we helped over 250 homeowners move across Basingstoke and the surrounding area and our lettings team currently manages around 90 properties for local landlords — numbers we're really proud of. You could be next...

About Basingstoke

Basingstoke is one of Hampshire's most in-demand locations for buyers, sellers, and landlords — and it's easy to understand why. With direct rail links into London Waterloo in under an hour, quick access to the M3 and M4, and a wide range of schools rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted, it consistently attracts families, professionals, and first-time buyers looking for space and value that London simply can't offer.

The Basingstoke property market spans a wide range of neighbourhoods, each with its own character and price point. In central Basingstoke (RG21) you'll find a mix of Victorian and Edwardian terraces alongside purpose-built apartment developments. Head south into Kempshott and Brighton Hill (RG22) and you're into popular family estates with strong community spirit. Further south, Hatch Warren and Beggarwood (also RG22) offer some of Basingstoke's newest housing — popular with growing families.

To the north, Chineham (RG24) is one of Basingstoke's most sought-after suburbs, well-served by its own shopping centre, good schools, and fast access to the A33 and M3 Junction 6. Old Basing (RG24) offers a charming village feel just minutes from the town centre, making it especially attractive for buyers seeking character properties. West of the town, the villages of Worting, Oakley, and Wootton St Lawrence (RG23) attract buyers looking for rural Hampshire living with easy commuter access.

We also cover the wider area, including North Waltham, Dummer and the villages around Basingstoke (RG25) to the south, and the popular commuter villages of Hook, Hartley Wintney, and Fleet (RG27) to the northeast.

Whether you're buying your first home, upsizing to a four-bedroom detached in the suburbs, or looking for an investment property to let, our team of estate agents in Basingstoke can guide you through the market with local knowledge you simply won't find at a national agent. About Our Team

What makes EweMove different from other estate agents in Basingstoke isn't just our award-winning service — it's the people behind it. Every member of our team lives locally, knows the streets, schools, and neighbourhoods of Basingstoke intimately, and is committed to making your move as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Mark and Rob

Mark and Rob have been working together in Basingstoke estate agency since 2006 — so between them they've seen just about everything this market has to offer! They started out running branches together for a large local independent before being headhunted in 2011 to take on director roles at one of the UK's biggest corporate estate agencies, where they grew multiple branches across the region and took full control of everything from sales strategy to staffing.

But the corporate world only held them for so long. By 2017 they'd decided it was time to do things their way — and EweMove Basingstoke was born. One of the best decisions they made along the way was having the freedom to hand-pick their own team, and having worked alongside every single member of the EweMove Basingstoke team in previous roles, they knew exactly who they wanted around them.

Rob, who has been in the industry since 1999, is as passionate about estate agency now as he was on day one — and for him, great results have always started with great relationships. Putting clients first is the philosophy that's driven everything EweMove Basingstoke has built. When he's not working you'll find him on the touchline coaching grassroots football, in the garden, or out walking his dogs across the Hampshire countryside.

Mark has been in estate agency since the late 1990s and brings that same passion and depth of knowledge to everything EweMove Basingstoke does. Away from work he's equally at home on the football pitch and in the gym — you'll find him there four days a week! He enjoys village life in Cliddesden (RG25) with his wife, daughter and two dogs, who make sure he never misses his morning walk whatever the weather.

Grant

Grant has been selling homes in Basingstoke for well over a decade. A former Branch Manager at one of the town's corporate estate agents, he recognised early on that clients deserved better — which is why he joined EweMove just six months after we opened. Grant lives in Kempshott (RG22) with his partner and son, so he has genuine first-hand knowledge of what buyers and sellers in south Basingstoke experience.

Bradley

Bradley lives in Bramley (RG26) with his wife, son and daughter and brings experience from two other local Basingstoke agencies before joining EweMove. If you're looking to sell or buy in the Bramley or north Basingstoke area, Bradley's local knowledge is second to none. Members of Bramley Golf Club will also recognise him as their club captain.

Travis

Travis grew up right here in Basingstoke and now lives in Oakley (RG23) with his partner and children — so he knows this patch better than most! A career estate agent through and through, Travis spent years running multiple local branches for Countrywide across both sales and lettings before joining us at EweMove. That kind of experience is hard to come by, and our clients are all the better for it.

Paula — Mortgage and Financial Services

Completing our team is Paula, our in-house mortgage and financial services specialist. Whether you're a first-time buyer in Basingstoke needing help understanding your options, or an existing homeowner looking to remortgage, Paula provides whole-of-market mortgage advice tailored to your circumstances. She has spent her entire career in financial services, so you're in safe hands.
