“Who is this team” I hear you say, let me introduce you… Our fantastic property management team is headed up by Emily Sains who joined us in 2016, and is here to look after landlords’ investment properties, and our amazing tenants that live in them. Emily is being assisted by the latest addition to our team, Erol Bearsby. Who joins us straight out of school and is quickly learning the ropes! Our first addition after we expanded was Kevin Thomas. Kevin joined us in 2019 to serve the Abbeywood & Belvedere market. If you’ve met Kevin, you’ll be surprised to know that Kevin joined us with no estate agency experience at all! Just someone who knew what it was to provide genuinely wonderful customer service. His anti-typical estate agency attitude has seen him become a real hit with all his clients and individual award winner at the 2022 EweMove Annual Conference & Awards. Following Kevin was Alex Finch, Lema Cemil, and Edd Taylor. All three have come to us in 2021 with estate agency experience in large corporate estate agents (although we were able to quickly reprogram them to put you first!). Together they disliked the ‘just another number’ mentality a lot of agencies have towards their clients. When they saw what we were doing, they had to get involved.
