By way of introduction, we are Dean and Dierdre, and we launched EweMove Cheam and Sutton in 2021. As newcomers to the area, we opted to do our leaflet drops ourselves to get to know the area and our local community. We were blown away by how friendly and welcoming people are. We really feel at home now and have become a part of the community.
My wife and I emigrated from South Africa, where I owned a company in the commercial timber plantation industry as well as other business ventures. I have always had an interest in property and dabbled in the property market on the side.

Negotiating and people skills are my forte. Dierdre, my wife and business partner, mainly manages the office and drives sales progression. We've found that communication is key, and our WhatsApp groups with our clients make us available 24/7. About Cheam & Sutton
We made this area our home 2 years ago drawn by the excellent schools (yup, we have three children), the beautiful greenspace of NonSuch & Cheam Park, and the business opportunities the area presented. We love going out for meals in Cheam Village with friends and family, and enjoy the live music scene our area has too (Sutton Sound Lounge is a great local venue). To anyone considering the move to this area, a huge consideration is the excellent location it offers: proximity to central London, excellent public transport system, fantastic schools, and only an hour from the coast.
