Leeds is the best city to live, work, and play in, no doubt about it! I may be a bit biased, but I feel incredibly lucky to be an estate agent working in the Garforth and Kippax area.
I’m here to serve both Garforth and Kippax, as well as Aberford, Micklefield, Colton, Scholes, Barwick in Elmet, Manston, and Penda’s Fields.

About Garforth & Kippax
Leeds is a great city to live and work in. It’s got a bustling city centre and lovely suburbs, and I’m thrilled to be a EweMove Estate agency owner who represents Garforth and Kippax. I’m here to help anyone who already calls Garforth, Kippax, Aberford, Micklefield, Colton, Scholes, Barwick in Elmet, Manston, or Penda’s Fields home or is dreaming of making it their own. Whether you’re thinking of selling, buying, or renting, I’m all about making your move as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Garforth is a fantastic commuter town with a variety of shops and services and great transport links. It’s east of Leeds, separated from the city centre by the M1 motorway, but the A1M, and the M62 are also close by. This area is perfect for commuters, and it’s nestled between Temple Newsam and Lotherton, so there’s plenty to do in the local area.
Kippax is a unique place. It’s surrounded by the Green Belt, but it’s also close to both Garforth and Castleford. It also has farms and protected areas of special scientific interest, despite being close enough to commute to Leeds.
