EweMove north leeds
North Leeds Estate Agents
Let me introduce myself. I'm Howard Bottomley, owner and Director of EweMove North Leeds. I'm originally from Yorkshire and moved to Leeds over 20 years ago. I live in Roundhay: in the heart of the area I serve. This means that you are guaranteed an Estate Agent who knows all about the housing stock, and also the schools, shops and what it's like to live in North Leeds – from the personal experience of my own family life. Be it Oakwood, Roundhay, Street Lane, Meanwood, Alwoodley or the surrounding villages of Thorner, Harewood, Bardsey and East Keswick, I truly believe there is no better part of the world! And this enthusiasm for my “home patch” comes across in everything I do. My personal approach and local knowledge mean you are talking to the expert, and since I personally look after my clients from the beginning to the end of the process, you get a great bespoke service. I'm delighted to say that I've got a reputation for selling homes faster and for a higher value than the local competition. And I will work very hard for you, to keep up the good work! That's me. I can't wait to hear more about you though. Get in touch and tell me all about why you want to move, and what it is you’re looking for.
About North Leeds
Where to start? If you are looking for great schools, there's too many to list, from Outstanding state schools, to the Grammar School at Leeds, and that's a big reason to move here. My own children are at Roundhay High School and love it. If it's restaurants and bars, then Oakwood Parade and Street Lane are amazing. My personal favourite for coffee is Gron, lunch at Haley and Clifford, and Preston for a beer. We're really well served for green spaces, with Roundhay Park the best known. Get up early and you'll see me slogging up the hills on the Saturday morning Parkrun! If you want peace and tranquillity, with the countryside on your back door, then head to Thorner, Harewood, Bardsey and East Keswick. With vibrant communities, and a short commute into Leeds, they could be the best of both worlds.
