The Fylde Coast isn’t just where we work – for me (Ric), it’s home. Born and raised here, I spent the first 32 years of my life in North Fylde and returned to the area in 2023 with a renewed passion for the community, property, and doing things the right way.
I have worked for a national estate agency, gaining first-hand experience of both the best and worst of the industry. I've also spent over 10 years in sales with British Gas and am now stepping down as a director of a CCTV company. Why? To build something special – a people-first business with Natalie, and a future we're proud of for our six-year-old son.

My wife Natalie is originally from Yorkshire and has completely fallen in love with the Fylde Coast…its people, communities, and coastal lifestyle. She brings over 24 years of experience in the care industry, including 14 years managing care settings. Supporting people through important, often emotional life changes has always been at the heart of her career, and that same empathy and attention to detail now shape how we look after our clients.

We believe estate agencies should feel personal, honest, and supportive. Moving home is a major life moment, and our role is to guide, communicate clearly, and be there every step of the way.
