Spalding sits at the centre of a major region of flower and vegetable cultivation. The miles of surrounding fields are not only beautiful, but they are fundamental in the production of the UK’s homegrown products - you've probably received a bunch of flowers at some point that was grown, arranged and distributed from the area! Or maybe you've sampled the Jazz apple that was created in this very town?

Ok, so we're a key player in agriculture and distribution but why is that beneficial to you...? Fresh produce on your doorstep, miles of flat landscape means our cycling game is strong, and our transport links mean you can be in central London in under two hours. What more could you want?

Spalding and the surrounding villages offer an array of excellent schools including the renowned Ayscoughfee Hall School, Spalding High School for Girls, Spalding Grammar School for Boys and Spalding Academy which all have fantastic reputations and facilities. Within the team we have either been pupils ourselves (a long time ago now...) or our children are now, so we’re well placed to help with this important decision! We love a Garden Centre and a Farm Shop round here (especially when there's a cafe with a big slice of cake involved!).

To name a few; Springfield Festival Gardens and Outlet Shopping Centre, as well as Ayscoughfee Museum and Gardens which is another place you'll find us trying to tire out our children! You really do get the best of both worlds in this historic town in the heart of The Fens.

Lisa - If you've read our reviews, you'll know Lisa is our celebrity Sales Concierge, she's in the five star reviews more than Kate Winslet! Lisa will look after you from day one to handover day. Lisa builds lasting relationships with our sellers and buyers, always willing to help in any possible way she can. She's a diamond who moves mountains for her clients!

Our lettings portfolio is split between our two Asset Managers.

Gemma looks after her landlords and their properties impeccably. The kindest soul with super high standards, she runs a tight ship when it comes to her work and home life, with three wonderful children to raise too. She is an inspiration and a critical member of our flock!

Kirsty is another incredibly organised individual (enough to rival Sophie!) she LOVES to make sure everything is in order when it comes to her properties. Outside of EweMove, whipping everyone into shape as a ((BOUNCE)) instructor, Kirsty is mum to three adorable children. No wonder she’s good at being so organised!

The role of Asset Manager is extremely diverse and often unpredictable, yet Emilie makes it look easy! Emilie was previously a veterinarian before joining our team, caring and incredibly practical with amazing attention to detail, she brings so much to the team as well as the Landlords and Tenants that she supports.
