After years of running a leadership training company - teaching estate agents across the country how to put customers first - I decided to bring those high standards home. Pierce: Property has been a part of my life since the days of building Lego houses on the living room floor. That childhood fascination evolved into a professional career at 17, and today, with extensive sales experience under my belt, I bring a high-energy, modern perspective to the team.

My background also spans the fast-paced world of technical recruitment, which sharpened my skills in modern sales methodologies and complex negotiation.
