West Bridgford & Ruddington Estate Agents
Hi, I’m Sharon, your dedicated local EweMove agent in West Bridgford, and Ruddington. I live just down the road in Keyworth with my husband and two boys and have built up a deep love for the community in this area. I don’t think we have quite visited every restaurant yet, but we are giving it a good go, and with two active boys, we spend loads of time trying out activities and parks locally. You will often find us at Ruddington Football Club watching the boys play or train, too.
Having rented, bought, sold, and been a landlord, I understand what is needed to support everyone on all sides of the property market.
I am passionate about property, but even more passionate about delivering a service that is dependable, personal, and detail-focused. I offer tailored staging advice to showcase your home to its full potential, arrange photography that highlights your property’s unique features, and utilise all the tools available: online campaigns, social media, and my local network to attract the right buyers. I’ll negotiate firmly on your behalf and support you through every step.
If you are thinking of selling, let’s have a no-obligation chat about how I can make your move a smooth, successful, and even enjoyable experience.
About West Bridgford & Ruddington
I’ve made Nottingham my home for years, yet every day I still discover something new to love. Nottingham city centre is diverse and exciting, you can wander the streets of the Lace Market, pop into cosy cafes for a flat white, catch a show at the Theatre Royal or indulge in Michelin-level dining – the variety of restaurants is fantastic here. Sports fans can watch Forest at The City Ground, watch cricket at Trent Bridge, catch some ice hockey when The Panthers are playing, or even try a spot of rowing on the Trent.
If you cross the bridge to West Bridgford, you’ve got a high street packed with independent shops, cafes, and restaurants with riverside tables for brunch or dinner. Bridgford Park and Central Avenue Gardens are perfect for picnics or ball games, and the local schools are fantastic. It’s a family-friendly area.
A couple of miles south is Ruddington, where you will feel as if you have stepped into a storybook village. There is a pretty green, a monthly farmers market, craft shops, and galleries in the Old Mill. The towpath alongside the Grantham Canal is ideal for family bike rides or nature walks, and Ruddington is home to the fabulous Rushcliffe Country Park.
In Clifton, you’ll find leafy parks like Clifton Grove and riverside walks along the Trent. Clifton triangle has all your essentials, including cafes and bakeries, and with the tram and buses, you are in Nottingham City in ten minutes.
I feel genuinely lucky to live and work here, and I get to share these wonderful Neighbourhoods with families looking for their perfect home.
