Whiteley & Locks Heath Estate Agents

Hi, I'm Jon — Locks Heath resident and your local EweMove agent for Whiteley and Locks Heath.

Before finding my way into property, my career took a pretty varied path — from running restaurants, pubs and a nightclub in my early years, to sales, media and eventually Sales Director of a national motor show. Two very different worlds, but the same thread running through both: people, and getting things right for them.

Joining EweMove felt like a natural next step for that reason. What I've always enjoyed most — in every role I've had — is sitting alongside someone, understanding what they actually need, and helping them get there. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest moments in most people's lives, and being part of that journey, and making it the best possible experience, genuinely excites me.

It's just me — no revolving door of negotiators, no being passed around. Every client gets my full attention from that first conversation all the way through to handing over the keys. Every move is personal, and I treat it that way — because for me, it’s about more than property.

About Whiteley & Locks Heath

Whiteley and Locks Heath sit in one of Hampshire's most quietly brilliant corners, and having lived locally for over 20 years, I never tire of saying so. I recently made the move into central Locks Heath itself, and it's confirmed everything I already knew: this is a fantastic place to call home.

You're never far from the water here. The Solent coastline and the River Hamble, with its sailing clubs, marinas and riverside walks are right on the doorstep. Yet within minutes you can be out in open Hampshire countryside, with trails and green space that are genuinely hard to beat. The best of both worlds, without the compromise. The area has outstanding schools, brilliant community spirit, and great transport links via the M27 and direct rail services into Southampton and Portsmouth.

Did you know Locks Heath was historically known as 'Strawberry Fields', thanks to the strawberry growing industry that flourished here in the late 19th century? It's that kind of local character that makes the area special.
Property here consistently attracts strong demand — families in particular are drawn by the schools and space — it's a place people move to and simply don't want to leave.
