The Jurassic Coast is just 30 minutes away. Yeovil also benefits from excellent transport links: with access to the A303 and M5 for road travel, plus a mainline railway station that gets you to London Waterloo in under 2.5 hours. And if you're flying further afield, Bristol, Exeter, Southampton, and Bournemouth airports are all within 90 minutes.

Speaking of food (one of our favourite topics!), Yeovil is surrounded by picturesque villages with some fantastic dog-friendly gastro pubs. We’re always on the lookout for somewhere new to try, and we think Starsky – our fox red Labrador and the unofficial mascot of our branch – secretly loves the attention just as much as we enjoy the food.
We’re big fans of the outdoors too. Ninesprings Country Park and Ham Hill are two of our regular walking spots, often followed by a visit to the Prince of Wales for a drink and something tasty from their deli board. Paul’s also a keen (if slightly frustrated!) golfer at Yeovil Golf Club, while Anita enjoys pottering in the garden with Starsky supervising.
We also enjoy mountain biking on the many off-road trails in the area – usually with a well-earned pub stop along the way!

About Our Team
Our team doesn’t stop with us – Anita and Paul – we’re proud to be supported by two fantastic colleagues who play a vital role in keeping things running smoothly.
Kelly, our Sales & Lettings Manager, and Bronte, our Property Manager, are the friendly and experienced faces behind the day-to-day care of our managed rental properties. Their focus is on ensuring every property is maintained to a suitable standard, any maintenance issues are dealt with promptly, and all legal compliance and safety standards are met 100%. Regular property visits are carried out, and landlords are kept fully informed every step of the way.
With a wealth of experience in property management, both Kelly and Bronte pride themselves on honest, open communication – with both landlords and tenants – to ensure everyone feels supported and confident in the service we provide. They work closely with trusted local contractors who understand our properties, enabling them to deliver fast, cost-effective solutions whenever issues arise.
