Damien and Suzy, a husband-and-wife team, live in Hawkinge with their dog Dotty (the unofficial office mascot!). Daryl, his wife, and son also live in Hawkinge. Together, we bring over 46 years of combined sales experience, but more importantly, we bring a genuine passion for helping people make life-changing decisions about their homes.

Damien says: "I've been in the property industry for over 15 years, starting my career working for large corporate agencies. But I grew frustrated with a process that felt more focused on targets than people. That's why in 2019, I opened our EweMove franchise—to offer a truly personal service where I could be there for clients every step of the way, from valuation to moving day and beyond."

Suzy adds: "For me, it's all about connection. Moving home is such a significant life moment, and it's a privilege to guide people through it. We love the flexibility EweMove gives us to focus entirely on our client's needs while balancing our family life."
