- Rent guarantee & legal expenses insurance cover arrangements
I/We understand that the results of these searches will be provided to the Letting Agent and accessed again in the event of a default in my/the tenants rental payments. I/We understand that I/We can request the details of any credit reference agencies used so that I/We can verify with them the information provided.
I/We understand that if I/We/the tenant default(s) on their/my/our tenancy obligations as a tenant/guarantor, this information may be released to authorised debt recovery agencies and could affect any future applications I/We make for tenancies, credit and insurance.
I/We agree to provide honest representations as to income, tenancy history and references, and to enter into the tenancy under the terms agreed with the landlord.
I/We understand that providing false information may lead to early termination of any subsequent tenancy agreement. I am / we are happy for EweMove’s referencing companies to contact me/us in respect to this application if required.
I/We confirm that, should my / our application be successful, I/We consent to my / our details being shared with the appropriate utility companies (including Gas, Communication Services, Electricity, Water Suppliers and the Local Authority for the purposes of Council Tax and Housing Benefit payments (if applicable). I/We understand that our data may be shared with our preferred utility switching and/or notification partners for the purposes of fulfilling this requirement.
I/We understand that any pre-tenancy documents required (e.g.How to Rent Guide, EPC, Gas Safety Certificate Electrical Condition Inspection Report, Legionella Guidance and any other documents that may be required from time to time), will be provided to us by email at the addresses we have provided.
