We Love
The cosy cottage feel this home exudes. We can imagine curling up in front of the log-burning stove and watching the light dance off of the exposed timber beams.
The Area
Bascote is situated between the larger market town of Southam and the village of Long Itchington. Nearby is the Grand Union Canal which provides a walking route to nearby Stockon and Napton on the Hill and into Royal Leamington Spa in the opposite direction. This is a rural location with local farmland surrounding much of the immediate vicinity. The bustling market town of Southam is just 1.5 miles away and has all the local amenities you would expect of a larger town. Heading north from Bascote you will discover the charming village of Long Itchington with one of the UK's largest duckponds on the village green and a host of popular pubs along with its medieval parish church. Royal Leamington Spa and Rugby are but a short drive away, as is motorway access to the M40 at junction 12, Gaydon.
