I've been here for over 10 years now. I first came to Gravesend In 2012 when I joined an independent agency with branches in Gravesend & Strood. I would like to think that I played an important part in helping it win multiple awards between 2012 - 2015 including scooping Silver at The Sunday Times Estate Agent Of The Year Award for The Best Small- Sized Agency. I love how multicultural and inclusive Gravesend & Ebbsfleet has become, which is evident when yearly and special events are celebrated in the Town Centre. There is an incredible community spirit almost everywhere you visit. The historic Town Centre of Gravesend is benefitting from some £15 million worth of regeneration investment within the retail and leisure quarter and I just can't wait to see Ebbsfleet continue to grow and develop into the amazing new Garden City it's sure to become. Home movers are attracted by the fantastic transport links with high-speed services from both Gravesend and Ebbsfleet train stations, not to mention that the A2/M2 and M25 are on our doorstep. Second, on a home-movers list has to be the highly regarded schools with a great choice of grammar, state and private schools. And finally, the value for money when looking to purchase a home in comparison to Towns just 15 minutes closer to London, the property price difference is remarkable. Where else can you have gorgeous apartments overlooking the River Thames, traditional 1930s Semis with huge gardens or amazing Victorian villas perfectly positioned in an immaculate conservation area for these prices so close to Central London?
