Windsor & Egham Estate Agents

Hi, I'm Vince, your local EweMove agent. I've lived in the area for 15 years although my wife and her family have been here all their lives. What makes me feel at home in the area is the great local amenities on offer, the people I have met, and its proximity to both London and the countryside which provides even more variety if needed. I haven’t always been an Estate Agent, but that doesn't stop me from being excellent at my job! It helps that I have lots of related experience which have helped me develop some very relevant skills!

Why did I want to be an Estate Agent? Well, on a personal level, I’ve bought and sold houses for myself eight times now, so I know what it’s like from the customer's perspective, how scary it can be and how important it is to be honest and transparent with buyers and sellers and sometimes just to take a few minutes to explain how things work rather than to blind clients with jargon, or assume they understand when it’s only the first or second time they have ever bought or sold.

I've experienced some shocking Estate Agents in the past, so I knew it could be done much better, and the people of Windsor deserve better - so much so that I only ever take on 10 properties at once, so I can truly be a ‘personal’ agent for my clients! So, if you’re looking to sell your home but are concerned about being treated as a number rather than a person and you would like a truly personal service from someone who will support and listen to you, please get in touch for a chat.

About Windsor & Egham

The Windsor and Egham areas are amazing and have much to offer, so much so that I took one look at them and decided this is where I wanted to be. It helps that my now wife is a local, so it was a good first impression!! Like my wonderful wife, they're friendly and warm, and no matter where you're from you'll feel at home here! There's so much to see and do, probably too much to mention, but here are a few of my top picks; My favourite view is the one from the roof of the Airforce's Memorial on Coopers Hill in Englefield Green. It is breathtaking and the memorial itself is pretty awe-inspiring too! The river Thames meanders through Windsor and Runnymede and is magnificent without seeming to try too hard. I am a keen outdoor swimmer so am always tempted to jump in!! I love wandering around the local shops and bars in the St Leonards area of Windsor it has a great village vibe. If you like the outdoors, there’s Windsor Great Park, the Long Walk, Saville Gardens, and Virginia Water.

The area has an excellent communications network and it’s easy to get to places. London is just over half an hour away by rail, making it the perfect place to live if you work in the city. Heathrow airport is 15 minutes away, so whether you're flying for business or pleasure, it is so convenient. There is a staggeringly wide choice of amenities in the area including some excellent schools (both primary and secondary) and a top University. There is great shopping and wonderful hotels, a fabulous array of restaurants, gastro pubs and other eateries. Egham even has a new Everyman cinema that opened earlier this year!

I have my favourites - but that would be telling - I’d prefer to know yours!!
