We're in Kings Worthy, a very popular area in the north of Winchester but only a short walk to the city centre. You can enjoy the peace and quiet of this new development or easily venture more central to enjoy more shops, restaurants, events and there are plenty of local amenities nearby. There are very good schools in the area, including an OFSTED rated Excellent primary school and the local leisure facility isn't far away, either.
